The Dodge SRT-4 is a sport compact car manufactured by Dodge from 2003 to 2005. A turbocharged variant of the Neon. This car is powered by a turbocharged 2.4-liter straight-4 gasoline engine with a unique intake manifold to package and equipped with a New Venture Gear T-850 five-speed manual transmission.

Second is Schedule A. It is for vehicles that are not operated under any of the conditions listed under Schedule B.
