Oldsmobile Aurora Complete Workshop Service Repair Manual 2001 2002 2003
This comprehensive Oldsmobile Aurora Complete Workshop Service Repair Manual covers all models, engines, trims, and transmissions for the 2001, 2002, and 2003 model years. It provides detailed, step-by-step instructions and illustrations for every service and repair procedure, empowering you to perform your own repairs and save money. The manual encompasses every aspect of servicing and repair, ensuring you have the information you need for any job, from basic maintenance to complex repairs.

The Oldsmobile Aurora was a luxury car produced by General Motors' Oldsmobile division from 1995 to 2004. The Aurora was positioned as a competitor for the likes of the Lexus ES, Infiniti I30, and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, aiming to offer a more affordable luxury experience. The second generation, which spanned the model years 2001 to 2003, saw a substantial refresh, with a new, more contemporary design that emphasized its luxurious intent. This generation, the subject of this workshop manual, featured a sleek, aerodynamic body, a spacious and refined interior, and a powerful V8 engine. Notably, the Aurora was the only Oldsmobile to feature a V8 engine during its run, showcasing its commitment to offering a more premium driving experience.

The 2001-2003 Aurora was available in both standard and "LS" trims. The standard trim included features like leather upholstery, power seats, a premium sound system, and a sunroof. The LS trim added further luxury amenities such as heated and ventilated seats, a navigation system, and a wood-grain trim package. Under the hood, the Aurora was powered by a 4.0-liter Northstar V8 engine, producing 250 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque. This engine, known for its smooth and powerful performance, was coupled with a 4-speed automatic transmission, offering a combination of acceleration and fuel efficiency. The Aurora's robust construction, combined with its advanced features and elegant styling, made it a compelling option for consumers seeking a luxurious driving experience at a more attainable price point than some of its direct competitors. However, despite its strengths, the Aurora was ultimately unable to overcome the declining popularity of the Oldsmobile brand, leading to the car's discontinuation in 2004.
