The Suzuki Cervo SC100 was a compact kei car manufactured by Suzuki in Japan from 1977 to 1982. It was the successor to the Suzuki Fronte 70, and was a significant step forward in terms of both design and technology. The SC100 was the first Suzuki vehicle to feature a transverse-mounted engine and front-wheel drive layout, which significantly improved the car's handling and efficiency. Its diminutive size, measuring just 3,240 mm in length and 1,295 mm in width, made it a perfect fit for navigating narrow Japanese streets and tight parking spaces. The SC100 was available in both two- and four-door body styles, catering to diverse customer preferences.

Under the hood, the SC100 was powered by a small, 970cc, air-cooled, two-cylinder engine. This engine, known internally as the F10A, was a technological marvel for its time, boasting fuel-injected technology and a relatively high power output of 47 hp. The SC100 was praised for its peppy performance, especially considering its diminutive size. However, the air-cooled engine was known to generate significant heat, particularly under heavy traffic conditions. This led to a reputation for being somewhat noisy and less refined compared to its water-cooled competitors. Despite these quirks, the Cervo SC100 was a competent and practical city car that resonated with Japanese consumers during its production run. Its popularity solidified Suzuki's position as a leading manufacturer of small, efficient, and affordable vehicles in the Japanese market.
