This comprehensive Isuzu Rodeo UE 2002 Service Repair Manual provides detailed instructions and diagrams for maintaining and repairing your vehicle. From basic maintenance procedures like oil changes and tire rotations to complex repairs like engine overhauls and transmission replacements, this manual covers it all. With step-by-step instructions, clear illustrations, and precise specifications, you'll have the confidence to tackle any repair job yourself. This manual is an essential resource for any owner of a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo UE who wants to save money on repairs, understand how their vehicle works, or simply become a more informed car owner.

The Isuzu Rodeo UE, produced from 2002 to 2004, marked the final iteration of the popular compact SUV line that had first debuted in 1990. This generation of the Rodeo featured a revised exterior design with a more rounded and modern aesthetic, incorporating sleek headlights and a larger grille. The interior underwent a significant refinement, with more ergonomic controls and an upgraded dashboard featuring a clear instrument cluster. Built on the same platform as the Chevrolet S-10 and GMC Sonoma, the Rodeo UE shared its powertrain options with its GM counterparts. The base engine was a 2.2-liter four-cylinder, producing 134 horsepower and 143 lb-ft of torque. A more powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine was also available, generating 190 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. Transmission options included a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic. The Isuzu Rodeo UE was known for its rugged construction and dependable performance, particularly off-road. Its high ground clearance, independent front suspension, and optional four-wheel drive system enabled it to tackle challenging terrain with ease. The Rodeo UE also offered a spacious cabin with comfortable seating for five passengers. However, while its reliability and off-road capabilities were commendable, the Rodeo UE faced stiff competition from other compact SUVs like the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CR-V, which offered more fuel-efficient engines and advanced features. Despite its strengths, the Rodeo UE did not achieve the same level of sales success as its predecessors, eventually leading to the discontinuation of the model in 2004.
