The Ferrari 456 is a grand tourer (GT) car that was produced by the Italian automaker Ferrari from 1992 to 2000. The 456 was introduced as a successor to the Ferrari 412 and was the first front-engine Ferrari to feature a completely new design since the 365 GT4 2+2. It was offered in three main variants: the 456, the 456 GT, and the 456 M. The 456 was powered by a 5.5-liter V12 engine that produced 436 hp (325 kW) and was paired with a six-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission. The GT version introduced a number of cosmetic and mechanical updates, including a new grille, taillights, and interior trim as well as revised suspension and a slightly more powerful engine. The 456 M (Modificata) was the final iteration, launched in 1998, featuring a more powerful engine, improved suspension, and a revised interior.

The Ferrari 456 is known for its luxurious interior, comfortable ride, and powerful performance. It was praised by automotive journalists for its styling, handling, and overall driving experience. The 456 was also praised for its practicality compared to other Ferrari models, thanks to its four-seater configuration and generous luggage space. The 456 was a popular choice for those who wanted a luxurious and powerful car that could be driven on a daily basis. The 456 M, in particular, is considered by many to be the most desirable of the three variants due to its refined engine and more modern interior. Despite its production run ending in the early 2000s, the 456 remains a desirable classic Ferrari and continues to be appreciated for its timeless styling, luxurious interior, and thrilling performance.
