Car-Manual.com only provides digital product downloads through our website. We do not offer any physical products that require shipping.

Once an order is completed, the purchased digital files will be immediately available for download from your account dashboard on our website. Please login to access and download your files.

Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds as our products are digital files that do not have a tangible form. However, in some cases we may provide replacement files or credit towards a future purchase if issues arise.

Our refund policy is as follows:

If you are unable to access or download the digital files after purchasing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will look into the issue and provide replacement files or a credit as needed.
If the digital files become corrupted or unusable after downloading due to technical issues on our end, please contact support within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
Custom files, modified templates, or products labeled as non-refundable/non-returnable are not eligible for refunds or replacements under any circumstances.
Standard products that you simply change your mind about are not eligible for refunds, but you may request a one-time credit towards a future purchase within 7 days.
To receive a refund/replacement/credit, you must provide proof of purchase by sharing your original order details. Refunds/credits will be issued in the original payment method whenever possible.
